From the “Triangulo Region” in Minas Gerais. Coffee is picked by hand on top of the tablelands of the Alto Paranaiba in the heart of Cerrado, the vast tropical savanna that covers a fifth of Brazil's surface. The average temperature fluctuates between 18 and 22 degrees. Only one coffee variety has developed there: the Acaía Cerrado.
