Panca Chilli

Dried panca chilli with no seeds. 100gr.

It has mild heat, and fruity and smokey barbecue flavors.

On of the bases to prepare many Peruvian dishes, such as anticuchos, arroz con mariscos, chupe, escabeche, etc etc.

You just need bring the chilly to a boil, blend it and strain it to obtain the flavorful paste.
